Child and Adolescent Psychological Evaluation

A psychological evaluation is appropriate for diagnosing a psychiatric condition, and can lend to a deeper understanding of a child’s coping strengths and limits as needed to guide psychological treatment. A psychological evaluation can lend insight into the effects of a psychiatric condition, Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD or comorbid learning disabilities and mental disorders on overall levels of socio-emotional or interpersonal, behavioral, and adaptive functioning.
